The largest fashion intelligence event in India, is back with its 22nd edition

India Fashion Forum (IFF) 2023, the largest fashion intelligence event in India, is back with its 22nd edition. The event is set to take place on February 28th and March 1st at the Conrad Hotel in Bengaluru, and this year’s theme is Decoding the DNA of profitability: Growth Defined by Value Creation. Over 400 brands and companies, as well as more than 200 speakers, will converge at the event, which promises to be bigger and more exciting than ever before.

IFF 2023 will feature players from newer categories and will enlarge its footprint in the fashion retail space. The event will see the attendance of representatives from the UK and Northern Ireland, who will be representing popular brands like Lush, Benny Hancock, and Jennifer Young, among others. The upcoming event will offer various exciting experiences for attendees, including an extensive exhibition showcasing innovations in fashion, technology, retail support, and real estate. With multiple highlights in store, the event aims to provide exceptional value and experiences for exhibitors, speakers, and visitors alike.

Shailesh Chaturvedi, who is both the Managing Director and CEO of Arvind Fashions Ltd, as well as the Chairman of IFF 2023, has noted that the fashion industry in India is highly fragmented, with few brands exceeding Rs 1000 crore in size. This presents a significant opportunity to build brands at scale, but not at the cost of profitability. The focus of IFF 2023, therefore, will be to present some exciting case studies on the build-up of large-scale, profitable businesses which have created huge value.”

IFF 2023 will facilitate market entry opportunities for international brands, hosting a versatile UK and Northern Ireland delegation comprising beauty, fashion and lifestyle brands presented by the UK Govt’s Dept of International Trade. Among the highlights are the immersive India Brand Show 2023, featuring spectacular RTW collections from leading brands, and compelling masterclasses conducted by tech giants Meta and Google.

The conference sessions include the 50 Brand Custodians’ #GroupThink, a mesmerising, out-of-the-box talk series. The upcoming event is generating a lot of buzzes among fashion industry insiders and is expected to be a major highlight of the season. The IFF Fashion Lab will showcase Master Talks by some of the most influential fashion designers, marketers and thinkers in the industry, with a special emphasis on sustainable innovation.

The IFF Innovators Club, led by Dr Naresh Tyagi, will launch a nationwide initiative to recognize outstanding achievements in fashion product design, development, sourcing and merchandising. The event will culminate in the highly anticipated Stylumia-IFF Innovation Excellence Awards ceremony, which will celebrate the most innovative and impactful contributions to the fashion industry. The 22nd India Fashion Forum will come to a close with the prestigious IMAGES Fashion Awards 2023, which will recognize and honour top-performing fashion and lifestyle brands and retailers who have excelled in 2022, as judged by a comprehensive range of metrics.

Over 200 speakers and leaders from top companies representing the fashion retail value chain will discuss, present and deliberate on different topics in the two-day conference. The event will be a remarkable gathering of minds and ideas in the fashion industry, with attendees from across the world expected to converge in Bengaluru. Don’t miss the chance to participate in this exciting event and take part in shaping the future of fashion.
