We heard everyone asking to let go of negativity but does anyone wonder what letting go means?? Whether it means leaving immediately or just leaving for some time??

According to my letting go is just maintaining your self-respect not completely ignoring the topic but by dealing with it and ignoring it when it’s extra negative. A person can let go of different things like-

  • Take away your energy
  • Drain you mentally and emotionally
  • Make you doubt yourself
  • Give you nothing in return
  • Serve no real purpose in your life

It can be a person, situation, or attitude. Negativity can be felt in friendship, relationships, or any situation.

Life needs to be peaceful and happy for the same you can’t hold on to things forever! 

Letting go is the only way you can get your inner peace. Some people choose their peace over anything for the same they let go of the things that are harming their peace. So for the same, it’s important to let go. 

 

If you are holding on to something it will start affecting you more so let it be the way it wants to be let go of it. 

Different things affect differently but all of their output is poor peace of your life.

Physically- 

  • Donate your older clothes make room for new ones.
  • Clean your room and decorate with new items.
  • Do some gardening.

 

 Emotionally-

  • Watch a positive emotional movie to let out your emotions.
  • Listen to your favourite songs.
  • Speak out to your loved ones.

 

Mentally-

  • Write everything on paper and burn it (Definitely you will feel relaxed).
  • Decrease your screen time and invest more in yourself.
  • Close the tabs now and rest!!! (Rest time is important).

It’s okay not to be okay sometimes. If you feel sad, depressed, or alone due to letting go of people then you can do something which makes you happy. 

 

Letting go is part of life sometimes you let go but don’t realize it. Do you ever notice that whenever you clean your room you let go of old stuff and make room for the new one, you are happy to do that actually because you are excited about the new one? 

 

So why not look letting go of people in the same be open to new people, new life, new memories, and a new happiness.
